How far is your shop from the cruise terminal?
Av. España 0337 — about 8 minutes by foot or a $3-4 USD taxi from the cruise dock at Muelle Prat. We'll send walking directions in your booking confirmation.
What if my ship arrives late?
We monitor the port's arrival schedule. Tours flex with your actual arrival — if your ship is 90 minutes late, we'll shift your slot. We've never had a passenger miss the all-aboard call.
Can I cancel if the ship skips Punta Arenas?
Yes — full refund. Itinerary changes by your cruise line are an automatic no-questions cancellation.
Do I need a license? Have I ridden an e-bike before?
No license required. If you can ride a standard bicycle, you can ride a Segway Xyber e-bike. We give a quick lesson before every tour.
Is this really cheaper than booking through the cruise line?

What about weather?
Patagonia is windy. We provide layers and rain gear if needed. Tours run in light rain; we cancel for wind storms with full refund. The Strait of Magellan is more dramatic in weather, anyway.
